TIPS TO REDUCE BLOATING

Hey guys for today’s post I want to share with you some tip that can help you reduce your bloating. Please note that I am not a doctor and that these are only suggestions. If you have other ideas, don’t hesitate to share them in the comments section down below!

  • Eat fruits, such as pears, apples, and grapes.
  • Stay hydrated by drinking water.
  • Eat yogurt.
  • Eat bananas. Bananas contain potassium which can help the kidneys get rid of salt, which may help with water retention.
  • Reduce sodium intake.

  • Cut back on dairy.
  • Walk.
  • Drink lemon water in the morning.
  • Give yourself a stomach massage.
  • Aim to eat a few, small meals throughout the day, as opposed to eating three meals.
  • Avoid chewing gum.
  • Take a warm bath.
  • Use essential oils.
  • Try yoga poses.
  • Use peppermint capsules. This helps as peppermint relaxes the intestinal muscles.
