Hey guys for today’s post I want to share with you some summer self-care tips. I don’t know about you but during summer because there isn’t much to do I sometimes let myself go. But this summer I wanted to make a difference, even a little one, by working on my self-esteem and my self worth. That’s when this idea came to my mind. We need to take some time to our selves even if it’s 5 minutes. Life is short if you don’t enjoy every moment of it. Sure not all moments of it will be happy and good but that’s what makes our lives more real and interesting.   • Try something new
  • Fix your beef with people
  • Do at least one thing on your bucket list
  • Surround yourself with good people
  • Stop comparing yourself to others
  • Be confident with your body and if your work at it
  • Stay hydrated
  • Go out your comfort zone
  • Go outside instead of watching Netflix
  • Eat healthy
  • Wear sunscreen
