Hey guys for today’s post I want to share with you some tips that can help you stop overthinking. I don’t know about you but I do overthink all the time especially when I shower. The idea to make this post, literally, came just when I was taking a shower.   • Stay positive no matter what the situation.
  • Make sure you’re getting enough sleep, 8 hours or more.
  • Stay calm
  • Talk to someone and say what’s on your mind, it may make you realize how little of a problem it actually is.
  • Become a person who takes action and doesn’t cower away from decisions.
  • Realize you can’t control everything that will and that has happened.
  • Don’t make big decisions when you know you’re not thinking straight.
  • Don’t get lost into your minds out of fears.
  • Start your days out in a positive mindset, that your not gonna let anything ruin your day.
  • Put things into a wider perspective, will this matter in 5 weeks, months or years?
  • Remember, if it’s meant to be, it will be.
  • Take time to do what relaxes you.
  • Meditate
  • Let it all out. Talk to someone (even me!) and listen to their advice.
  • Change your environment/people you hang out with- it’s good to switch it up every once in a while.
  • Remind yourself that everything works out for the better so you shouldn’t stress.
  • Find a distraction.
  • Take a little time out of your day to reflect on what’s bothering you- it’s good! But don’t dwell on it.
  • Write your thoughts down, deal with your thoughts and feelings through writing.
