How to stay healthy this school year

Hey guys for today’s post, I want to share with you some tips and hacks that can help you stay healthy during this school year. I admit I need to take better care of myself more specifically my health. I’m aware that going back to school is not one of the best things that can ever happen but, as we all know is necessary, so why not make the best out of it? But, before we jump in, I need to but a little disclaimer: This doesn’t mean you have to do any of these. All of these tips and hacks have the purpose to give a little inspiration. If you have other ideas, thoughts or you just want to talk to somebody please don’t hesitate to share them in the comments section down below!

  • Meal prep will save tons of time
  • Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night
  • Make time for exercising
  • Have a water bottle w you at school
  • Don’t skip breakfast
  • Walk as much as possible
  • Meditate at least a few times a week
  • Have healthy snacks w you everywhere you go
  • Eat balanced meals
  • Don’t forget that your mental health is important too
