HOW TO PULL AN ALL-NIGHTER

Hey guys for today’s post I want to share with you some tips that you can use when you need to pull an all-nighter and come prepared in a way. I don’t recommend pulling an all-nighter because it’s not healthy or good for you but I get it sometimes it’s necessary and need to be done. If you have any other tips, thoughts or you just want to talk to somebody please don’t hesitate to leave a comment in the comments section down below!

1. GET ENOUGH SLEEP THE DAY BEFORE

Don’t pull an all-nighter running on 6 and fewer hours of sleep! This could really harm your sleeping schedule.

2. DO IT WITH FRIENDS

It’s no fun being awake all by yourself, have a sleepover with friends so you have more things to do!

3. GET SNACKS AMD DRINKS

Buy some chips, popcorn, drinks,… If you want you can be healthy and eating fruits or vegetable such as baby carrots with some hummus. Eating will help you stay awake and you’ll have more energy!

4. WATCH MOVIES

You have hours, so kill some time watching a movie! Preferably a horror one, as you definitely won’t fall asleep watching it.

5. THINGS TO DO

Do a list of things you can do during the night, as none wants to be bored. Here are some ideas:

  • Gossip
  • Do a face mask
  • Play board games
  • Have a tv show marathon
  • Go night-swimming
  • Have a photoshoot
  • Bake cookies
  • Organize your room
  • Paint
  • Watch youtube challenges
