HOW TO NOT OVEREAT

Hey guys for today’s post I want to share with you some tips that can help you reduce your overeating habits. If you have other ideas, don’t hesitate to share them in the comments section down below!

GET RID OF DISTRACTIONS

Don’t watch tv while eating I know it might be a habit for you but this may cause you to overeat.

KNOW YOUR WEAKNESS

If you have a hard time limiting how much junk food you eat don’t leave it in sight where you can get it. Have more health foods/snacks in sight.

DON’T BAN YOUR FAVORITE FOODS

Saying things like “I will never eat chips again” may drive you to actually eat more chips. You can still treat yourself with your favorite food once in a while.

AVOID EATING OUT OF LARGE CONTAINERS

Eating something like ice cream out of its container may make you eat more of it or like eating chips from the bag too. Another tip if you like to have a full plate of food try using a smaller size plate so it won’t be as much food.

REDUCE STRESS

Stress may be the reason of overeating. So it’s important to refuse stress try doing things like listening to a podcast, yoga, meditation and exercising to reduce stress.

DRINK WATER

Another tip if you are always hungry don’t eat right away drink water and wait 30 mins because sometimes you’re just thirsty and it’s sometimes your stomach tricking because you’re bored.

EAT REGULAR MEALS

Skipping either breakfast, lunch or dinner may cause you to overeat and be more hungry because you skipped a meal. So always remember not to skip meals.
