How to lose weight in your Sleep

Hey guys for today’s post I’ll be talking about different ways to lose weight in your sleep. I know it sounds a little bit sketchy but these hacks actually work. But, of course, you have to be constant. Constancy is, actually, the key for pretty much everything. I would like to address that I’m not a doctor and I don’t have any medical degree. If you try any of these hacks I what you to be aware of what you are doing. I’m not trying in any shape way or form to induce people to lose weight, these are ONLY some suggestions and some ideas. Always remember that you are beautiful just the way you are and, I know it sounds cliché, but it is the truth, love your body and love yourself because, as we all know, life it’s too short to be wasted on unattainable standards and people’s opinions.

DRINK A CASEIN SHAKE

This drink boosts your metabolism for about 7-8 hours, for your sleep so when you’re about to sleep drink this and fall asleep knowing that you’re burning calories. Now you won’t wake up starving and you’ll wake up energetic.

EAT COTTAGE CHEESE BEFORE BED

If you don’t have Casein protein on your hand, this is a great source of it! Eat this before bed to get the same results as a Casein shake. Cottage cheese contains tryptophan which improves your quality of sleep and reduces the time it takes to fall asleep.

RESISTANCE TRAINING BEFORE SLEEP

You could do some side lunges, push-ups, some side bridges and, why not, some abduction exercises. Even if you just do about 10 side lunges, it still will help you burn a little more calories in your sleep.

EAT SMALL MEALS OFTEN

Instead of eating 3 big meals a day eat a snack every 2 hours and a small meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This will help you reduce cravings.

SCENTS THAT SUPPRESS YOUR APPETITE

Certain scents can make your mouth water, and others can actually suppress your appetite. People who sniff peppermint every two hour lose an average of 5 pounds a month! Banana, green apple and vanilla have similar effects.

SLEEP MORE

This is an obvious one but the more time you’re sleeping. the more time you’re losing calories while doing nothing. Plus you’re also letting your body rest.
