Hey guys for today’s post, in honor of Summer vacation, I’ll be talking about different hacks that can help you clear your skin. Having a healthy and glowy skin is basically what we all dream of reaching. But I know that it’s a hard standard to achieve do to a lot of reasons such as: hormonal acne, uneven texture,… Well, I’m here to help you! • Know your skin type so you know what to do with your skin and what products do & don’t work for you.

• Change your pillows more often! It’ summer and you probably are sweating a lot! That sweat can end up on your pillow & back into your pores.

• Use sunscreen

• Aloe vera it’s amazing! It calms skin & works amazingly on active acne.

• 

• 

• Add toner to your skincare routine so you can remove extra dirt & oil

• 

• 

• Use gentle exfoliators, scrubs/face brushes that are too harsh can cause tiny tears in your skin.

• Be patient with your skin!

• 

• 

• Cut back on dairy products, after a week or so you’ be surprised at your skin

• Wipe your face after you do your hair, hair products can clog your pores & cause blackheads

• 

• Don’t overwhelm your face with products, keep a simple routine

•

• If you have the urge to pop a pimple, put a hot press on the pimple beforehand, this decreases the chance of scar-forming

• 

• 

• Drink a cup of unsweetened green tea before bed, it tastes weird but it’s great skin detox

• 

• 

• Stop using harsh products like lemon & baking soda

• 

• 

• Eat or at least try eating healthy
