BACK TO SCHOOL GLOW UP

Hey guys for today’s post, I want to share with you some tips and hacks that can help you have a great back to school glow up. I admit I need to take better care of myself more specifically my health. I’m aware that going back to school is not one of the best things that can ever happen but, as we all know is necessary, so why not make the best out of it? But, before we jump in, I need to but a little disclaimer: This doesn’t mean you have to do any of these. All of these tips and hacks have the purpose to give a little inspiration.   • Drink 8 cups of water daily
  • Have cute outfits that will make you feel confident
  • Have a skincare routine
  • Start working out, 5 minutes a day would be okay
  • Moisturize your skin, you don’t want dry skin
  • Do a face/ hair mask a day before
  • Have a good nights sleep, it’s important
  • Switch up the hairstyles, don’t always wear the seem one
  • Get your nails done, you could do them at home top
  • Cut off toxic relationships
  • Have some goals of what you want to accomplish
  • Remember to use sunscreen, we don’t want to get sunburned
  • Try practicing different makeup looks if you want
  • Use coconut oil but not too much
  • Start practicing self-love
  • Use tea tree oil for acne
  • Use castor oil to grow your brows and lashes
  • Remember to eat healthily
  • Shower and maintain clean
  • Try to find a way to destress like meditation
